1. Who stands behind this

These terms govern your use of cressbrookhatchworks.com ("Cressbrook Hatchworks", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of cressbrookhatchworks.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may walk the beds

Cressbrook Hatchworks is meant only for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The coins in the trug

• The worlds use virtual coins handed over free of charge.
• The coins hold no monetary value: not money, not credit, not property.
• Coins can never be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing inside the pages is for sale.
• Nothing worth money off the farm is put up as a prize.
• Coin counts, levels and features can be re-set by the farm at any time.

4. No money is staked here

Cressbrook Hatchworks neither runs nor advertises real-money gambling, and links to no gambling operator.

5. Your own account

• Playing needs a free account, one per person, and it is not for passing round.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if somebody else has been in your account.
• An account can be deleted whenever you like from your account page. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
• An account used to damage the farm, or one we take to belong to somebody under 18, may be suspended.
• The coins, levels and missions sit with the account and are nobody’s property; any of them may be reset.

6. Keeping to the plank paths

Do not set out to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. When the gate is shut, and liability

The site is offered exactly as it stands. We may change any part of it or take it away. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. No liability that the law forbids us to limit is limited here, and your statutory rights remain as they are.
