One world on a guest pass, two behind a free account, and every rule set down in writing.
Cressbed Flume opens with a guest pass. It asks for no name, email or password: you tick that you are 18 or over and in the UK, accept the terms, and the pass runs for two hours with 100,000 guest coins.
Mayfly Hatchpool and Weirboard Rise are the two that ask for a free account, and the form is four boxes long: a nickname, an email address, a password and a tick for being 18 or over. Nowhere does it ask for a card, an address or a telephone number, because nothing on the farm is sold. Two reasons for the account: your coins and progress are waiting when you come back, and the worlds stay in adult hands. A single button on your account page deletes it and all it holds.
Each new account opens with 100,000 free coins in the basket, plus anything a guest pass won on the same device. That single balance, with your level and your missions, comes along to every world. The coins are virtual: not one of them can be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for anything, and no win is worth a penny outside the farm.
Nothing inside these pages is for sale, and no payment page exists anywhere on the farm.
Each world turns five reels over three rows. A win is read from the left, beginning at the first reel and carrying on across touching reels along fixed paylines. The stake is divided equally between the lines; pay table figures are multiples of the line stake, apart from the scatter, which is paid against the whole stake. Only the best win on a line is paid.
| Kind of bonus | What it does on the reels | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Tumbling reels | Symbols that win are washed away, the rest settle downwards, and new ones drop in from the top. Every further win in the chain pays better: x1 on the spin itself, then x2, x3, and x5 for each tumble after that. | |
| Multiplier that climbs | The free-spin multiplier climbs as the round runs on and never slips back down before it ends. | Weirboard Rise |
| A wild pinned down, then a respin | A paid spin that pays nothing while a wild is showing pins every wild in place and spins the rest of the grid again, free of charge. | |
| Last-reel respin | Two scatters on a paid spin that pays nothing, and the fifth reel is sent round once more at no cost, fishing for the third. | Mayfly Hatchpool |
| Free spins paid double | The plainest round on the farm: three scatters open free spins, and every win inside them is paid twice over. | Cressbed Flume |
Each reel runs on a fixed strip of symbols. For every spin your browser’s random number generator chooses a position on each strip on its own. Nothing earlier leans on what comes next, and nothing shifts to suit your balance or the length of your visit.
Return, hit frequency and feature frequency are worked out world by world, by letting the game’s own code run through millions of spins, and the results are printed in its pay table. They describe coin play in these free worlds and tell you nothing at all about any real-money game.
Only adults aged 18 or over may use Cressbrook Hatchworks. The coins in every world are virtual, carry no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. Nowhere along the stream is there a coin shop or a payment page, no prize of real-world value is on offer, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
